Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us via email or Instagram. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Customised or personalised orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Sale items are also non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
